Saline and stony on the nose. Bone dry, high acidity, savory and pleasantly weighty palate. Bright, vegetal, and herbaceous. A little hint of smoke against the wine's freshness is interesting and fun (maybe it's just me). This tasted really good with my roasted broccoli and onion soup 💃🏻

This bottle went quick. A lightness that was refreshing on a warm day. The flavor was very unique.
