A bit of VA present. Dark plum and cherry. Dark chocolate and a soft hint of tobacco. Tannins are sitting in a nice restrained place. A pleasant enough wine but needs a couple more years

Really beautifully constructed wine. Even at 10 years old it's a dense garnet red with a Massive nose that overflows with sweet ripe black fruit. On the palate it's beautifully balanced with a hint of pepper but smooth and very long lived. I loved it.
