77% Chenin Blanc and boy does this baby slap. It's full of energy, and it's lively. Popping the cap off the bottle producer a sonic boom. Scared the crap out of us. Aroma in celery, green apple, pear and lychee filled the air and the wine itself is tasty. Slightly saline too. Honestly the value is great too. Need more.
