Dark Matter California Cabernet Sauvignon

A nice and simple California Cabernet. Showing black fruits with cedar, vanilla, leather, spices, earth, green vegetables, chocolates, tobacco and peppercorn.

Not much on the nose, though.

Full bodied with medium acidity, jammy, smooth and spicy.

Nice finish with fine tannins.

I paired it with a baked Brie cheese, but that wasn't a good idea 😉
