A bit thin. Their red blend is much better. Order that instead, if you are at TDB. Still, this cab has a delightful nose of tart fruit and potato skins with the same on the mid palate (i'm writing this in the midst of a meat induced coma, so I can't be held responsible). Other flavors include plum, pine tree, cedar, and rosemary and spice.
