Buttery nose with a lot of oaky nuttiness, some popcorn and pink pepper and just a hint of acidity. Has a deep creamy body with a sharper endnotes. Lingering apple and lime.

Had at the Tessarosa Winery in Los Gatos with Sonia. Was a Chardonnay but tasted like a Sauvignon Blanc.
