Anise on the front which calms down to sage as it opens. Palate is mineraly and wild honey, but dry nice acidity medium body. Extremely nerdy but so good.

Terroir al Limit does it again. Again, I'm excited about Priorat.... skin ferment gives it some awesome texture and grip; the nose is lemony and herbaceous. I've never had Pedro ximenez quite like this, and I want more!
