There’s some significant OW character here, the damp earth, mushroom, and hazelnut character take you right to Burgundy, but the ripe fruit and generosity are classically CA. I love how whole it is given its blocked malo upbringing. Low oak, texturally complex, a fun and well made adventure into the one of many faces that make up CA CH

Light oak, white peach and vanilla. Good acidity for food. A really lovely Chardonnay

Apple and stone with a little unobtrusive oak and good acidity and drinking it with food brings out more nuance, it reminds me a bit of De Moor Bourgogne-Chitry. One of the best values I’ve had in years.
