Yeah, that's 5 year old rosé! Copper hue, salty almond nose, wilty flowers, and a hint of salami. This was strange as hell, but fun at the same time.

2015. Color- very light peach, slight tint of violet. Aroma- rose petal, bread. Light mouthfeel. Very acidic. Metallic and mineral. Purple fruit flavor. Not much finish.

Great fruit profile, definitely smells like a red more than a white with some nice honey notes. Could only use a bit more acid to keep it in balance.
