Bit more gold in the glass than anticipated….total apple-fest… ripe, round, weighted with a hint of Fall baking spice. Not a lot of acidity…slightly more fruit-forward than I would have thought. Not great, but nice foil w/Halibut, Pasta Carbonara , and Squash Blossoms.
