You were fresh yellow apple and green pear. There was a hint of lemon Zest on your finish, and your acidity was medium+ while you alcohol was medium. You worked nicely with my snapper that was baked on my grill, served with garlic spinach. For a Pinot Grigio, you weren't terrible. Terre Degli Arimanni Pinot Grigio 2012 $15
