Dec 5th, 2018Clear pale lemon color, dry and medium bodied with medium plus acid. Surprisingly fuller bodied and lower acid than is usual for a Sauvignon Blanc. Clean and expressive with citrus and herbal notes. Citrus, green bell pepper and mineral/slate notes on the palate leading to a short finish. Simple, low cost sipping white. Good for the price.
