Summarizes my current state of mind perfectly, and it's crisp & delicious, esp with asparagus pasta.

100% premsal. Light, pale green yellow in color. Vanilla nose. Peach-y finish. It's aged in oak for 4 months so there is a foundational butterscotch taste/feel to it as well. Very interesting and unique compared to what we typically see in the US.
