2013 vintage, 100% Premsal from Mallorca.
This wine gets some age in 1st and 2nd fill barrels and that shows as a subtle note on the nose giving support to a lightly floral bouquet. Clean and very long on the finish - surprising power for a subtle wine

100% premsal. Light, pale green yellow in color. Vanilla nose. Peach-y finish. It's aged in oak for 4 months so there is a foundational butterscotch taste/feel to it as well. Very interesting and unique compared to what we typically see in the US.
