Quite a fruity nose for a “full bodied” cab; I’d swear I smell Concord grapes or at least that heighten awareness of fruit not normally found in cab. That fruitiness dissipates on the palate though for a well balanced slightly acidic cab. Definitely lighter fruits more raspberries than blackberries, hints of rhubarb and sweet black cherries. A bit too sweet for my liking but a good value for the price.

Took the first sip and knew I was headed down a joyous journey. Had 2 glasses (closer to 3 if you ask my fiance) and didn't even blink. Would recommend to all those looking for an easy drink paired well with pasta and chocolate chip cookies.

👌👌 Really nice for a young zin after letting it breathe. Fruit forward with a little spicy hint of pepper, characteristic of the zins from the Lodi region. Would have preferred it to be just a little bit bolder, though. I've grown to love the robustness and complexity from Lodi greats like Michael David.

Hit me with a sourness that didn’t love. After a couple sips, evened out, but wouldn’t necessarily care to have again

A bit sour and lacks depth. Easy to drink but not for me.

Nice with dinner.
Jammy, oak, vanilla, black and boysenberry jam. Body is a medium minus, really could use more. Finish is ok but lacking, see body. Tannins are not big but are there, balance is ok but could use just a tad more tannins.
