Paso d'Oro Cabernet Sauvignon

Smell: wood, cherry, metallic, graphite
Taste: black cherry, cedar, black currant
Acidity: tight, dry
Tannins: not very developed

Silky with soft front end, full bodied, nice color, smooth finish. Imbalanced oak overtones. Nice wine under $20.

Okay paso cab. Fruit forward on nose and palette, though softened with time

Good nose, red fruit, basil, lanvendar. Lighrer bodied on the tongue that the aroma would indicate.

Smell: strong hints of red cherry and red plum. Small hints of oak.
Taste: plum tasting red with small hints of vanilla. Off-dry sweetness with a perfect balance of acids and tannins. Full body red cabbage
Appearance: clear liquid with medium intensity.

Classic in all aspects…. $28 a jug

Full bodied and can feel the tannins in the finish. It has blackberry and currant notes
