Top Notes For
"Odedi"

Dark ruby/ inky in color, and very intense, with a red/purplish rim.

Barnyard nose with blackberries, plums, cherries, sour strawberries, smoke, bacon, wood (chips?), green peppers and peppercorn.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity and with nice legs.

Tart, fruity and dry on the palate, with blackberries, plums, strawberries, cherries, vanilla, bitter green herbs, oak, cloves, licrish, red currants and black pepper.

Short finish with soft tannins and sour cherries.

Drinkable red wine, but not complex at all. Better with food, though. Nothing to write home about. This is an entry level for this winery.
Too bitter and sour for my taste.

13.5% alcohol by volume.
