Dark red in color with a red rim.

Fruity nose of oak, cloves, blackberries, figs, currants, cherries, black pepper, licorice and chocolate.

Medium bodied and smooth, with medium acidity.

Fruity on the palate with cherries, strawberries, plums, bitter almond, oak, vanilla, licorice, spices and peppercorn.

Medium finish with soft tannins.

Young, not bad, but not for me.

13% alcohol by volume.
