Strong rice aroma and savory notes. Burst with umami flavor on the palate which paired really well with monk fish! 精米歩合:55%. Personally I prefer ginjo much more than daiginjo level because they are more food friendly.

I thought this was way better than I expected. Don’t recall all of my notes since the system for some reason would not let me add them while they decoded the language. Do recall saying - Man is good and definitely need to find this again. One of those that was in the fridge for a bit as well.
