The palate is composed of a very strong acid backbone, some cherry on the sides, a good grip, some lively tannins that are a bit drying toward the end. Good finish with fruit and freshness. Goes perfectly with a perfect Napolitan style pizza (ham, rucola, mozzarella, tomato)
