This is probably my first vino nobile ever but I don't feel like I'm in unchartered territories here.
There is a bit of barnyard funk at first, before a big bright juicy cherry note pops in. There is leather and a bit of bacon fat too. The palate is extremely well made, with a great acid backbone, some nice cherry notes, and some caramel touches, a vivid mouthfeel that gives way to some pointy tannins, leaving a drying layer over a very long and complex finish, with fruit and that caramel note too. This is much more leaning toward brunello than chianti, and I like it very much!

Nice wine with a smooth taste. A little fruit finish but changed to a more complex taste with a slight Smokey taste . The flavor changed again after 30 min to a mild smooth dry wine similar in taste to a Chianti
