Very light colored. Candy- like in some ways. Lots a pepper- spice. Had this with a shallot- pancetta-Parmesan risotto- only with farro rather than spice. Very nice- not overpowering at all. I’ve found this winery’s wines excellent.

Jun 4th, 2018Buono! Regalato dopo un acquisto in Tenuta, aperto qualche mese dopo. Bottiglia con tappo di vetro come la linea Scaia/Telos. Dopo qualche minuto si apre e dall'intensità e dai profumi sembra quasi un amarone, frutta rossa e spezie al naso, morbido e persistente in bocca.
