This is a delicious Pecorino. Great acidity and body. Delicious.

Having with tomato caprese salad

full and big, Not buttery but still rich.

Ate with lemon pepper chicken, so good

Bright & crisp. Paired well with roasted chicken breast with wild mushrooms, baby bok choy, and a dill beurre blanc.

Very good wine

Nice reduction and briny finish.

Great with Brussels sprouts
