Opened yesterday, in the fridge overnight. Was supposed to pair with an artichoke pasta yesterday, but got distracted by some pretty spectacular champagne. On the nose: lemon, lime, sea breeze, soft tarragon. On the palate: good acidity, lovely minerality, sea salt, lime, a touch of oiliness and good density, with a mineral yet, richly tinged finish. Excellent.
