Earthy and delicious. This (mainly) obscure grape never disappoints and always excites. Does need some age to allow the oak to balance.

I want to drink this wine with every meal. It is full body, dark and wonderful.

Run don’t walk to your nearest wine store for this wine. I initially bought the regular instead of the reserva. The reserva popped after 2 hours of air. Frankly I’m blown away. This wine has the tannins, fruit, oak, and acid to be 5 times the price. Red cherry, tar and cedar. Wonderful wine.
