Opens with dusky red fruits, black raspberry, Hungarian tart cherry, and berry liqueur. Bright and tart, but with some herbal notes and a sweetness on the mid palate lending depth, plus a hint of acetone complexity. Amply structured but this drinks more like a white wine, with minimal tannins and a pure joyful drinkability. Elegant and superb.

This was wild. Herbaceous with really lovely acidity.

Before completed, this was purple with a brick halo. Something worth a good sniff. Chocolaty leather, tobacco, cedar, raisins, plum. Big, vibrant mouth with a plush texture and firm acid. Ripe strawberry and cherry core, spiced cola and minerals in the periphery.

Flavors in the raspberry spectrum linger for quite a bit.
