100% Cab. I love that this wine let’s the varietal totally speak for itself, uninterrupted by other varietals. Silky smooth tannins and notes of olive oil cake, black cherry, and sautéed porcini mushrooms. Amazingly tasty now, but I’m excited to try it again in a couple years.

If you’re a fan of Cabernet Sauvignon, add this newest release from Tenor to the top of your wish list. Bright and sophisticated, with a smooth balance of fruit and spice that only improves after a good decanting, this approachable cab will only keep getting better with age. A cab lover’s cab at a great price - I recommend at least 2 bottles, one to enjoy now and one to lay down a few years.
