On the nose, very tropical and citrus. On the palate, ripping acid, banana peel, citrus, pineapple, and Granny Smith apple core with the bitterness. Great viscosity and mouthfeel.

Quite pleasant. Rieslings are never my first choice but this one was sweet then finished with just the right amount of dry to compliment the cheese curd and current blintz I was eating.
