2014. We had burgers tonight, so a simple wine for simple food was an apt choice. Not real complex but well built and likable. Good fruit and enough acid to give it just enough structure. A friendly accompaniment to the evening. A wine for drinking, not for thinking. $17. 14% abv.

Weird to say but this wine was weak-tasting. Great nose w a lot of what you expect from rioja tempranillo but the wine almost vanishes in your mouth..
