On the palate dry with high acidity and some light honey notes. Medium to full body with medium to long finish.
Some Sauvignon Blanc is usually reported as part of the blend, so it might be best enjoyed young to taste the herbal notes too.
If you like Chardonnay this might be a good way to get into Southern Italian white.
