Sauvignon Blanc

Stony, dry, lingering. Pale. Peach?

Bright light golden color with some subtle green highlights. Aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, cat pee and wet slate. Flavors of passion fruit, grapefruit, lime, gooseberries, nectarines and a light note of fresh herbs. Hint of saline on the long and drawn out finish. Bright, but not overwhelming acidity. Light bodied and slightly tight and reductive. Fresh and clean.
