In a blind test for Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand this was the second favorite, although blind, it seems less like a Sauvignon Blanc or perhaps less like a Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand. It is more neutral citrus little bit spritz. It’s very nice but nothing incredible. Grapefruit and lemon

It's not their Cape Crest Sauvignon Blanc but serviceable on a hot night. Nose has the NZ cat pee but the body is crisp, fresh and delicious. Green apple, lime zest, lemon juice, pineapple, spice, grassy notes, good chalky minerals, nice acidity and decent finish. Photos of our April visit to TeMata.
