Well this is great. A step back in time, no doubt. Wild yeast, unfiltered, qvevri... ancient Georgian wine making in the modern day. Interesting color, pale amber. Floral scents that are mostly small springtime wildflowers, just after snow melt. The juice is bone dry, a touch of brine, honeydew and a lot of apricot. It’s tight, but not restrained. Has some sandpaper texture to it.
