Even at 8 years of age still a very pale yellow. Grapefruit aromas predominant amongst the citrus together with white and yellow flowers. Still tight with citric acid and a good future of say 3 to 5 years. A very minor petro chemical influence (TDN). Refreshing! Had the last bottle 36 weeks later on 14th January 2023. Overall impression was Austere. Still plenty of citric acid. White flowers and talcum powder on the nose.

Pale Gold in colour. Notes of Citrus, Toast, and gunpowder with the paraffin dialled right back. On the palate sweet peachy flavours with the acid of its youth diminished but enough to provide freshness and vitality. Delicious drinking right now - no further cellaring required. Sadly my last one.

Aromas of waxy white citrus flowers. On the palate lime juice with good intensity and balance. Classic dry Australian Riesling which will easily cellar for another 10 years plus. Very clean and refreshing.

Developed Riesling characters becoming apparent but no kero as yet. Still shows Limey characters but remains as clean as a whistle. Enjoyable.

Taste very easy to drink once it has had time to breath.
Mellow low flavour but no bitter hard after taste.

Refreshing, zesty lemon/lime at the front palate, with minerality and persistent lemon acid finish. Perfect summer seafood lunch accompaniment. Soft and refreshing.
