Nose of; plums, dark cherries, blueberries, cherries and pouched strawberries, faint spice, vanilla, caramel, roses and violets. Fruits on the palate match the nose and are lean bodied, more intense spices, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, less vanillin, crushed rocks, pronounced chalk and volcanic minerals, soft leather, dry stems, fresh & dry red florals, good acidity with a chalky mineral driven lean fruit finish.

A very solid Pinot. Highly complex for NZ with a solid dark fruit nose and some saddle wood. Taste is long and lingering of blackberries, black cherries and subtle tannins that luxuriate in your mouth. Yum!!

An outstanding Otago Pinot with a few years on it and starting to develop secondary flavours. Thought this was pretty much sold out but I managed to find two more out in the burbs

An almost perfect central otago Pinot. Irresistibly lush and fruit forward with that distinctive hint of soy/Asian spice to keep it intriguing. Very fine
