Wonderful aromatics of honey, beeswax, jasmine, and petrol. Really interesting wine that seems to change with every sniff. Much better than bottle I had a year ago which was pre-moxed. Did the Roussanne come out of a slumber?

Magnifique vin blanc avec des arômes de miel et de brioche.
À déguster avec plaisir, le vin garde un très bel équilibre.
2003 peut faire peur, mais ici la fraîcheur est encore présente.
Un régal !
