Not my favorite right now. Best with food if you open it now. Needs more time in the bottle. Still a bit tight. Slight chocolate notes at the end.

Wow, this Cab has held up exceptionally well. Dark fruits-plum & blueberry, cherry cola with sufficient acid to balance it all out. A really nice representation of Red Mt from one of its original wineries.
