If you still have some, age it a little longer. Still fantastic, nice and smooth with a hint of pepper on the end.

Wow, this Cab has held up exceptionally well. Dark fruits-plum & blueberry, cherry cola with sufficient acid to balance it all out. A really nice representation of Red Mt from one of its original wineries.
