Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon

I don’t think I’ve had a vintage of this that I am not really impressed with.

Hold on to this puppy, wow does this age well. Delicious.

If you still have some, age it a little longer. Still fantastic, nice and smooth with a hint of pepper on the end.

Not my favorite right now. Best with food if you open it now. Needs more time in the bottle. Still a bit tight. Slight chocolate notes at the end.

Nice earthy loam/pine nose. Good strawberry in fruit

Spicy, peppery nose. Plummy, black fruits but not a trace of heaviness, heat, or wood on the palate. Bought at the winery. Wish there was more!

Wow, this Cab has held up exceptionally well. Dark fruits-plum & blueberry, cherry cola with sufficient acid to balance it all out. A really nice representation of Red Mt from one of its original wineries.

Dark cherry and plum with mint in the finish. Still a bit tannic but decent cab.
