So completing our mini vertical of Czech Tanzberg Cabernet Sauvignon, this time the 2011 vintage. Again, well made. Nice, bigger fruit flavors than the 2010. Some tobacco notes and a little anise. Less tannic and austere than the 2010. Actually very good.

Jun 18th, 2016Moravian Cabernet Sauvignon. Who would have thought that one? Prague has been very interesting. Lighter bodied than Western Cabs. Dark fruits, tobacco notes. Interesting and well made.
