Pale yellow colour. On the nose, notes of petroleum, green apple, lime, pineapple and some honeysuckle. Rather dry with a light-medium body with a crisp acidity. It has almost an effervescence in the mouth with green apple, pear, unripe pineapple, lime and lots of minerality, almost briny. Notes of honey on the medium finish. Great!
