A gorgeous Riesling from the Okanagan with notes of petrol and honey on the nose, bone dry and fantastically acidic palate with lime and Granny Smith apple notes. A very pale gold colour a light to medium body wine. Paired with BBQ chicken thighs, grilled asparagus and green onion. Loved everything about this wine.

Absolutely beautiful wine. Mouth filling, citrus notes. Distinctive and perfevtly balanced. Had it smoked salmon dill dish.
