Appearance: clear, M, Pale gold core to a bright, reflective silver rim
Nose: Clean, M/-, Apple, lemon flesh, unripen pear, spice, lavender, slight vanilla,
Palette: Dry, M/+ Grapefruit, Lemon, Pith, Buttery, Grapefruit, Green Apple, Lime Flesh, Rosemary

Expected more from this wine after hearing raving reviews. Would have liked a bit more contact with the new French Oak barrels, but I understand the more modern take on this traditional Burgundian style Chardonnay. Surprisingly delightful acidity to complement the underipened fruit and partial garrigue notes. Not bad, but a touch overpriced for my restrained wallet and apparent overly pretentious palette.
