Partially fermented in French oak with batonage. 30%Viura & Viognier (declared as chardonnay as not allowed). There is a sand stone mineral not with spiced peach and pear fruit and a fennel like herbaceous tone to it. Plenty of acidity in the mouth but also a glycerol richness with plenty ripe peach, red apple with a fresh finish.
