Slightly tannic still, but with chewy black fruits.. good acidity.. mild herbs .. excellent wine!

Deep cherry, raspberry and cassis with hints of leather and vanilla. Smooth and balanced with tannins and acidity. Amazing with grilled tenderloin.

2016 never had a bad bottle of Tamber Bey. Excellent with vegetarian meal and next night with grilled chicken breast and grilled vegetables
