Wow. This is one of the most satisfying California Cabs I've had in some time. Huge tannin, extraordinary restraint and elegance, forest floor, soil. The finish on this wine has one of my favorite reoccurring hybrid flavors: burnt vanilla and menthol. Terrific, Bordeaux style Cabernet.
