I hate when I forget that I really don't like sauv blanc and open a bottle bc it should pair well with my dinner and then it smells like cat pee, dirty dishwater, and tastes like sour grassy lemon water.

This is one of my favorite wines that we make. 2013 was great for RRV Sauv Blanc. Tropical fruit, key lime, and pomelo. Disclaimer: I work at Taft and may have developed a house palate, but this is my go-to white for happy hours, bbqs, and anything alfresco.
