Lovely floral aromas with a bit of brininess and minerality. Nice melon notes and good orchard fruit. Medium length - I'd like a little more acidity but this is clean and refreshing. Great wine with a wide range of foods

Sep 11th, 2018Pale yellow color with beeswax, lemon, lime peel, wet stone and a bit of white flower aromas. In the palate it's medium-bodied, and well-balanced with vibrant acidity and apricot, Apple, citrus flavors and an appealing minerality. Lingering finish.

A bigger version- lemongrass, underripe kiwi and citronella, sweet green herbs, green strawberry-- palate has a good amount of creaminess yet finishes light with some pithy bitterness. This is unbelievable stuff for an Italian varietal from Paso. Surprisingly my favorite Tablas white.

Paso Robles? Fresh, crisp, savory, 12.7% abv. Really fun treat. Now I need to explore more of what is going on in the southern part of the state.
