So fun and decadent. White CDPesque in profile and weight - slight candied citrus and nuttiness takes it back to Paso though. These age beautifully

Look gold, Nose fruit Lemon, flavors, fresh citrus, mineral component, great acidity

Nice, light, flavorful

Gorgeous. Oh man. Healthy percentage of roussanne(75%) gives it great body, significant "peanut butter" aroma with a big juicy mid palate, bruised apple and a soft graceful finish.

Some bottle variation on these, but this one was excellent.

Excellent choice for a "cold" winter evening (78 degrees at sunset). Paired with homemade pesto sauce and penne pasta.

What might be difficult to read offs this wine's blend: 75% Roussanne 20% Grenache Blanc and 5% Picpoul Blanc. Mouth watering goodness! There perfect wine for dinner on deck last night on a muggy evening in Chicago. Great acidity, spice, depth/structure of Roussanne definitely there and great aromatics. Fantastic wine.
