In a really, really nice place. Tons of depth and berry fruit with perfect minerality. The age is bringing a really pleasant touch of plastic to the nose. This wine needs food. It was very successful with some baba ganoush and pita tonight. The Mourvèdre picked up on the smoky eggplant and really ran with it.

Young, fresh. Notes of wild strawberries, a little bit of citrus, and dry roses. Love It!
