This wine deftly balances richness in body and creamy texture with delicate and lively fruit flavors - pear, peach skin and mandarin orange.

Nose of lemon, pear, applesauce, petrol. Mouth of ginger, pear, lemon, baked apple, waxy & minerality. Medium body, medium plus acid, long finish, & good balance.

Great blend with a floral Viognier opening but a nice minerality at the finish.

This is definitely a candidate for first bottle finished at the table. Great balance, great mouthfeel and finish. YUM!!

Wonderful white blend. Smooth pear and lychee at first and finishes with great mix of minerality and acidity. Really taste that Paso limestone.
