This is 100 percent Cabernet Franc that is grown at 820 feet and spent 12 months in French Oak. The nose shows; ripe blackberries, strawberries, dark cherries, vanilla, cinnamon, red florals, red licorice and soft loamy dry soils. Tannins are M+. Blackberries, dark cherries, cocoa powder, expresso, dark chocolate, poached strawberries, dark moist earth, a little leather and beautiful red & pink florals. This wine will stun some palates after 8-10 years in the bottle.
